April is the founding member of The Charleston Firm in Chester County. She is the first of the third generation to pursue a career in law and join the Charleston family practice. April’s focus is on estate and trust administration and estate and tax planning. In addition to her estate practice, April represents many small, mid sized and family owned businesses, handling and resolving divergent matters.

April currently serves as the Treasurer of Healing Art Works, Inc., a Pennsylvania non- profit based in Exton, PA, which places original, donated artwork in patient spaces at medical centers and outpatient facilities including Chester County Hospital, the Milton Hershey Medical Center, Cooper University Hospital, Asera Care Hospice, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia,Paoli Hospital, the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge and most recently Nemours Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children.
April is a member of both the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council as well as the Chester County Estate Planning Council. She has spoken on numerous occasions on the importance of proper estate planning.
She lives in West Chester with her husband and two young children.

Before joining The Charleston Firm, Michelle was employed at a boutique Criminal and Civil firm where she was in charge of the Family Law Department.

Brian represents clients in various civil matters, but focuses primarily on condominium and HOA law. However, his practice also includes real estate transactions, contract drafting and review, estate planning and administration, litigation, collections, and business consulting. Brian has also handled matters of harassment and defamation, including a case in which he successfully sued one of the largest media companies in the United States.
